Approved by Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee and other departments, Anhui Zhongyou Hengran Petroleum and Gas Co., Ltd. （AZHPG.）was established in December 2004 with a registered capital of 12.2 million yuan. Itis located in Wuhu Economic and T echnological Development Zone, Anhui Province, in the south of Wuhu Delivery Station of the West-East Gas Pipeline. It was put into operation in 2008.
AZHPG. is a new limited company jointly invested by "Nanjing PetroChina Hengran Petroleum & Gas Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou PetroChina Hengran Petroleum & Gas Co., Ltd. , and United International Investment Co.，Ltd.". It is covering an area of 7067 m2 and has 19 employees.
The company's main business is compressed natural gas, which is the mother station of compressed natural gas supply. The daily design gas supply capacity is 150000 NM3, supplying gas for sub-stations around Wuhu.
The gas source of the company is natural gas from the West-East Gas Pipeline. The company has a long-term cooperation relationship with the West- East Gas Pipeline Branch of CNPC. There is a special gas source interface at the Wuhu Delivery Station of the "West-East Gas Pipeline". Therefore, the resource supply is legal, independent, and long-term guaranteed.
Compressed natural gas (CNG) is an ideal altemative energy. Compared with conventional energy, it has the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency, sufficient combustion, non-pollution, safe and convenient use. It is an ideal substitute for gas oil and has certain market demand.
The company adopts skid-mounted compressor system tc realize gas compression. Each set of skid-mounted compressor system adopts the design of one skid and one machine, and realizes gas compression and management through PLC (programmable controller) and priority control panel; Each compressor system can work independently or simultaneously. The work between compressor skids is coordinated and managed bytheupperPLC.
Filling personnel and certificated personnel shall carry out regular training (safety training and technical training) to improve the safety awareness and technical functions of the company's
employees.
The pre-filling inspection and flling process inspection shall be strictly carried out during the flling work, and the post flling inspection shall be carried out and the records shall be carefully filled in accordance with the requirements.
At the flling safety side, the company implements an inspection system that combines monitoring and inspection. The monitoring system is covered in all directions. The company's safety officer, equipment officer and flling personnel implement a fixed time and fixed point inspection system for the company's pipes, equipment and filling process to ensure safety, find hidden dangers and eliminate them in time.
The company carefully accepts the on-site quality and safety supervision and inspection of special equipment arranged by the local government every year, actively provides the witness data in the safety inspection, and immediately rectifies the problems, so as to ensure that the company passes the on-site supervision and safety inspection every year.

In order to ensure the flling quality, the company established and improved the flling traceability system for mobile pressure vessels in 2020, and connected with the national mobile pressure vessel public service information traceability platform to ensure that the filling records are true and effective.
