Tangshan Caofeidian Haode Gas Co., Ltd. was incorporated on December 27, 2013 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The total number of corporate shareholders is 3, including Tangshan Caofeidian Hengran Municipal Gas Co., Ltd. (51% shareholding), Tangshan Caofeidian Xinyuan Lingang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (25% shareholding) and Beijing Hongrunke Trade Development Co., Ltd. (24% shareholding).
Receive the self-produced gas source of Jidong Oilfield, the gas source of Yongtang-Qin trunk line, the gas source of gas pipeline and the gas source of LNG gasification pipeline.
Business scope of the company: investment in pipeline gas supporting facilities and supply projects; Gas technology consulting services; Sales of gas-related supporting equipment and appliances; Urban gas supply.
The company obtained the gas franchise right of Caofeidian SME Park on February 26, 2014, and the gas business license on November 24, 2022, covering the following areas: 1. east of Qinglin Road, south of Bohai Avenue, west of Shilihai Zhong'er Road, and north of Zhongbei Road. 2. To the east of Qinglin Road, to the south of Zhongbei Road, to the west of Shilihai Middle Road, and to the north of Shilihai West Road. 3. To the east of Qinglin Road, to the south of Boao Road (Shilihan Road), to the west of the straight extension of Heyun Road, and to the north of Beibian Road.
Two North-South Gate stations have been built successively, and 23.5 kilometers of municipal high and medium pressure natural gas pipelines have been laid, which are responsible for providing gas demand for downstream users in the region. The South Gate Station (referred to as the South Gate Station) of the Natural Gas Utilization Project in the Caofeidian Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Park of Tangshan City is located on the north side of Hongyuan South Road and the east side of the energy-saving refractory material project, with a total floor area of 3134.14 m2 (4.70 mu). The land occupied by the station is for supply facilities.
The station is located in the south of Caofeidian SME Park, mainly providing urban gas source for urban pipe network. The South Gate Station is equipped with a process unit area and a production auxiliary area. The process unit area covers an area of 88 m2, and the production auxiliary area covers an area of 106.92 m2. The main buildings in the production auxiliary area include a production auxiliary room, including a hot water boiler room, a generator room, a control room, an office, a toilet and a guard room, all of which have a floor area of 17.82 m2. An entrance and exit is set at the south side of the South Gate Station, and the physical enclosure is set around the gate station.
