The main business of the company: sales of natural gas and supporting construction of gas facilities, involving the construction and operation of urban gas pipeline network and other fields. Combining its own advantages, the company will provide natural gas energy and related supporting construction services for Caofeidian Industrial Zone, New Town and Free Trade Zone in various ways, and is committed to developing a number of industrial clusters with natural gas energy as the core in Caofeidian Industrial Zone and Free Trade Zone, improving the development of industrial matching, comprehensively and deeply promoting the application of natural gas, and completing the mission of green Caofeidian and gasification of Caofeidian.
This station is the North Ring metering and regulating station, located at the north side of the North Ring Road and the west side of Tongdao Road, Caofeidian District, Tangshan City. It covers an area of 26497.5m2 (39.7 mu). The facilities in the station are divided into process area, auxiliary production area and reserved area according to functional zoning. The main buildings in the production auxiliary area include production auxiliary rooms and comprehensive rooms, including hot water boiler room, generator room, office, duty room, control room, and toilet. The land area of buildings and structures is 742.95m2. The process area of the gate station is mainly equipped with pressure regulating and metering skid, valve group area, etc. At present, the upstream gas source of the station of the company is connected from the valve chamber of Jidong Oil Field No. 5 through the high pressure pipeline DN400 steel pipe to ensure the gas supply. The main users are industrial users, commercial users and residential areas. This area is mainly composed of industrial users. In combination with the planning of the industrial zone and the investment situation, we actively follow up and expand new users. For the settled enterprises in each park, take the initiative to communicate with them, plan the overall gas configuration and supply plan for them, negotiate and sign the Gas Facilities Supporting Construction Contract with them in due time, and explore new gas users. At present, the maximum daily gas consumption is 40000 m ³, It is estimated that the maximum daily gas consumption will be 100000 m in three years ³。
The process area of the gate station is mainly equipped with: pressure regulating and metering skid, valve group area, vent riser, blowdown tank, etc.
The design peak hour gas supply capacity of the station is 2 × 104 Nm3 (short-term gas supply capacity meets 0.5 × 104 Nm3, long-term gas supply capacity can reach 2.0 × 104 Nm3), the maximum design daily gas supply capacity is 48 × 104 Nm3, with an annual gas supply scale of 1.68 × 108Nm3。

The design pressure of the sub-high pressure inlet pipeline is 1.6MPa. According to the data provided by the owner, the working pressure of the incoming gas is ≤ 1.45MPa, and the temperature of the incoming gas is 5 ℃. After the natural gas enters the station, it is filtered, metered and regulated, and the pressure of the natural gas is adjusted to medium pressure. After odorization, the natural gas exits the station and is connected to the medium pressure pipe network to supply gas to downstream users. The design pressure of the medium pressure outgoing pipeline is 0.4MPa (working pressure ≤ 0.35MPa).

4、Valves
The natural gas pipeline valve complies with the current national and industrial technical regulations. The valve manufacturer has the valve manufacturing license and selects the natural gas special valve with good tightness, safety and reliability. The valve shall be provided with product certificate and installation instructions before delivery. The installation of valves shall comply with the relevant provisions in the Code for Construction and Acceptance of Urban Gas Transmission and Distribution Engineering (CJJ 33-2005).
5、Pipe fittings
The pipe fittings selected in this project are all seamless pipe fittings.
The material of pipe fittings for process pipes shall be 20, and the material of pipe fittings shall be the same or similar to that of connecting pipes. Its manufacturing standard shall comply with the requirements of Type and Parameters of Steel Butt-welding Pipe Fittings (GB/T 12459-2017) and Technical Specification for Steel Butt-welding Pipe Fittings (GB/T 13401-2017).

This station is the metering and regulating station of Xincheng, located in the north of Bohai Avenue and the west of Tonghai Road, Xincheng, Caofeidian District, Tangshan City. It covers an area of 5496.0m2 (8.244 mu). The facilities in the station are divided into process area, auxiliary production area and reserved area according to functional zoning. The main buildings in the production auxiliary area include production auxiliary rooms, including hot water boiler room, generator room, control room, office and toilet. The land area of buildings and structures is 1403.7m2. The process area of the gate station is mainly equipped with pressure regulating and metering skid, valve group area, etc. At present, the upstream gas source of the station of the company is connected from Gaoshangbao Initial Station of Jidong Oilfield through DN200 steel pipe of secondary high pressure pipeline to ensure the supply of gas source. The main users are residential areas, universities and commercial users. The area is mainly residential users. At present, the maximum daily gas consumption is 15000 meters ³, It is estimated that the maximum daily gas consumption will be 30000 m in three years ³。
The design peak hour gas supply capacity of the station is 2 × 104 Nm3 (short-term gas supply capacity meets 0.5 × 104 Nm3, long-term gas supply capacity can reach 2.0 × 104 Nm3), the maximum design daily gas supply capacity is 48 × 104 Nm3, with an annual gas supply scale of 1.68 × 108Nm3。
