Established on August 29, 2007, the registered capital of the Company is 15 million yuan. Nanjing PetroChina Hengran Petroleum & Gas Co., Ltd. is the sole shareholder.
In July 2007, the People's Government of Jixi County signed a 25-year "Franchise Contract for the Construction Project of Urban Natural Gas Pipeline Network in Jixi County". In March 2011, the approval of the urban pipeline franchise granted by the County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau was obtained.
The company is located at No. 8, Qingliangfeng Road, Jixi Ecological Industrial Park, covering an area of 6755.2 ㎡, and the building area (office building) is 652.32 ㎡. The business scope of the company mainly includes: construction and sales of urban natural gas pipeline network and gas stations; Natural gas sales; Sales and maintenance of gas appliances; Gas engineering consulting services.

At present, the company has 26 employees, including: 1 chairman, 1 general manager, 1 office, 2 finance office, 10 production and operation department, 1 warehouse keeper, 1 driver, 1 engineering department, 1 security department, 1 security inspection department, 1 government gas window, 3 business hall, and 2 guard room.
While vigorously developing production, our company firmly adheres to safety management and places safety production at the top of all work. The company has a complete safety production operation system, with dedicated personnel responsible for inspection, line patrol, and recording, and has developed a rescue plan to establish a professional rescue team.
So far, the company has completed the laying of medium-pressure pipe network of trunk roads such as Xiangyun Road, Huishan Road, Yintan Road, Longchuan Avenue, Laisu North Road, Yangzhi South Road, Huishan Avenue, Jinping Road, Yongqiang Road, Huiyuan Road, Qingliangfeng Road, and West Ring Road in the new and old urban areas, totaling about 50km.

In 2021, the company invested 10 million yuan to build Xima distribution Station of Ningguo and Huangshan Natural Gas Long distance Pipeline, which has be completed and put into trial operation at the end of October of that year. The maximum annual gas supply can reach 43.8~87.6 million NM³。
Currently, there are 56 commercial users with normal gas supply, 31 industrial users, 9 public service users, and about 10080 civilian households.
